DESCRIPTION:Wheelchair Curling Demonstration & Adaptive Curling Clinic\n\nThe Bowling Green Curling Club will be hosting a Wheelchair Curling Demonstration and Adaptive Curling Clinic on Friday\, March 15 from 2 to 6pm. Adaptive curling includes wheelchair curling but also includes anyone who curls using a delivery that is "adapted" to accommodate their physical needs\, such as stick curling.\n\n\n\nLaura Dwyer\, a USA Paralympic Curler\, will be on hand to both demonstrate and teach wheelchair curling. Bowling Green Curling Club instructors will be there to teach stick deliveries.\n\n\n\nThe event is open to the public to watch\, but anyone who would like to try adaptive curling\, needs to register. We will have 3 separate one-hour clinics. The sessions begin at 2:30\, 3:30\, and 4:30 respectively. There is no charge for the clinics\, but we would like participants to register using this link.\n\n \n\nScott Piroth\, long-time member of the Bowling Green Curling Club and Professor at Bowling Green State University is organizing the event.
